If you are like most Home Buyers, once you decide to buy a house your head fills with questions like: What should I do next; how much can I afford; how complicated is this going to be; who should I call to get this done for me.

A Meyer Buyer knows that the core to any Home Purchase is simply a contract. With the knowledge and information, they learned and some key preparation, they can answer their own questions.  Whether handling the process themselves or having someone help them, Meyer Buyers are confident throughout the process from concept to closing.

TIPS FROM A MEYER BUYER:

Before shopping for a home, you should Already Know exactly what you want and how much are willing and able to pay for it. If you don’t, then you are already one step behind. The good news is, you can always catch up by taking a step back. By learning what is going on, what’s involved in the buying process you can use that knowledge to your advantage.

WHAT IS A MEYER BUYER?

Meyer buyers are self-reliant purchasers who have realized how simple the process of buying a home really is. Through our workshops and personal sessions they have learned useful information and discovered the tools which enable them to navigate the process so they can handle the deal themselves.

HOW COMPLICATED IS THE BUYING PROCESS?

In reality, buying a home is based on a simple contract and can be broken down into three stages. When you know the stages and prepare for each stage, then the process is not more complicated than buying a gallon of milk, if you know how to buy a gallon of milk.

WHAT ARE THE THREE STAGES OF THE BUYING PROCESS?

Buying a Home can be broken down into three stages, called the three C’s. the concept, the Contract and the closing. With a little knowledge and some preparation from the beginning, each stage will be simple to navigate for the average home buyer.

CAN I DO THIS MYSELF?

ABSOLUTELY. The idea that the average home buying process is complicated is only an illusion. The reality is that, with a little knowledge and some helpful tools, anyone can handle the buying process.

It may seem easier to hire someone to do the whole thing for you, but Why? And even if you did, its much less tense when you know what exactly they are doing for you.

A Meyer Buyer knows the basics of the contract and the three C’s to the process.  A Meyer Buyer understands how to avoid the stress and achieve a successful closing without paying someone to do what they can do themselves…
AND SO CAN YOU!
